Bond Set For Woman Charged With Abusing Grandchildren

Two Hocking County girls are in protective custody after sheriff's deputies found they were abused by their grandmother. Bond is set at 1 million dollars for 54-year-old Karen Sharpe on several charges, including kidnapping and child endangering. Sharpe is accused of stuffing soiled underwear into one child's mouth and hitting another one hard enough to cause bruising.
