Bonds Set For Suspects In Weekend Franklinton Slaying

A judge has set bonds for the two people charged with killing a Franklinton man during an apparent robbery over the weekend.  Scott Salyer is being held on 1.5 million dollars bond. Meagan Purks is being held on 25 thousand dollars bond. Police say the two went to 59-year-old Larry Dayton's Wisconsin Avenue home Saturday evening to buy an assault rifle, but instead demanded money and killed him with his own weapon.
