Lancaster police say an 11-year-old boy helped save his sister from a would-be kidnapper on Monday. Investigators say the boy raised a commotion at Elmwood Park when a woman tried to snatch the child's 3-year-old sister. The ruckus caught the attention of several adults, who were able to identify 19-year-old Amanda Kessler as the suspect. Kessler is being held on an abduction charge.
