A Briggs High School student has been arrested for bringing a gun to school. Columbus police say on twitter that 17-year-old Shawndell Richardson will be charged with illegal conveyance of a firearm on school premises, and carrying a concealed weapon. Police say two students overheard Richardson saying he had a gun, which was found in his backpack.
