Calls for at least some tax hikes

Columbus, OH – Ohio's top political leaders keep insisting they won't raise taxes to help plug an estimated 7 billion dollar state government budget shortfall ....but that's alarming some social welfare activists. They're worried that without at least SOME tax hikes, government programs will have to be slashed too much and Ohio's most vulnerable citizens will suffer. As the new year dawns, the advocates are mounting a campaign to save their pet programs....as Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
