Canal Winchester Approves Open Enrollment

The Canal Winchester School Board voted last night to approve an open enrollment policy. The vote means up to 75 students from outside the district who would like to attend classes this fall may now submit an application. Canal Winchester officials say the new policy will allow them to receive more state money for nonresident students. Schools in Reynoldsburg and Columbus also have open-enrollment policies.
