Canal Winchester Schools Pull Levy Off November Ballot

The Canal Winchester School district has removed a proposed levy from the November ballot. District officials say they have found a way to fund rennovations and an addition to the high school without having to ask voters for more money. The district says it will spend some of its collected millage money on the work.
