The suspect is known to be dangerous and carry a weapon.
Be on the lookout for a missing child from Cuyahoga County, OH. She was last seen on 1218 E. 113th St in the city of Cleveland at 3/26/2015 at 11pm.

The child's name is Kemyra Foust. She is a one month old African American female, 1 foot 8 inches tall, 7 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
The suspect's name is Ramon Ogletree. The suspect is an African American male, approximately 25 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 150 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a hoodie, a white t-shirt and boots.
