Canceled - Endangered Missing Adult Alert Statewide 9/16/2014: Henry Leftridge (Columbus, OH)

UPDATE: This Missing Adult Alert has been canceled. Mr. Leftridge returned home safe.

 A Missing Adult Alert has been issued by the Columbus Police Department statewide.

Be on the lookout for a missing adult. On September 16, 2014 at 9:00 AM, Mr. Leftridge left his residence and has not returned.

The incident took place in Franklin County, OH on Willamont Ave. in the city of Columbus

The adult's name is Henry Leftridge and the individual is missing. The adult is a Black male, age 74, is 5' 4" tall, weighs 158 lbs., has grey hair, and has brown eyes. Mr. Leftridge suffers from Dementia and Arthritis. He has a partially amputated left hand and has Arthritis in his right hand. Mr. Leftridge was last seen wearing a black 101st airborne ball cap, a navy blue warm up suit, and black shoes.

The vehicle involved is a silver 2004 Kia Amanti with OH plate number FZJ6825.
