A Missing Adult Alert has been issued by the Pike County Sheriff's Office statewide.

Be on the lookout for a missing adult. On June 3, 2014 at 6:45 AM, Mr. Alderman left his residence and hasn't returned.

The incident took place in Pike County, OH Denver Road in the city of Waverly.

The adult's name is Milton Alderman and the individual is missing. The adult is a White male, age 86, is 5'9" tall, weighs 175 lbs, has gray hair, and has gray eyes. Mr. Alderman suffers from Dementia. His clothing description is unknown. 

The vehicle involved is a silver 2011 Honda CRV with OH plate number RF53986. Similar vehicle pictured
