Capital Club Fined For Discrimination

A Columbus club has been fined for discriminating against a former transgendered employee.

The Capital Club will pay one-thousand-dollars to the City after pleading no contest to unlawful employment practices. The club stopped using a massage therapist's services when managers learned she was transitioning from a man to a woman.
