Casino Cheaters Given Probation

Franklin County prosecutors say two people charged with cheating at the Columbus casino last fall have pleaded guilty and will serve probation.

61-year-old Westley Wolfingbarger will serve 18 months probation and pay 26-hundred dollars restitution for adding to his bets in a poker game last fall. 45-year-old Ming Wu will serve two years probation for adding to his bets in a baccarat game last fall. Prosecutor Ron O’Brien says the convictions are the first for cheating at the casino.
