CCS Bus Driver Pleads Guilty To Driving While Drunk

A former Columbus school bus driver will be sentenced in February for driving drunk with students on her bus. 51-year-old Tia Denton pleaded guilty yesterday to drunk driving and child endangering as part of a plea deal in which open container charges were dropped. Denton resigned last week after her November arrest, when Columbus police found her driving erratically on the south side with an open container on board.
