CDF Offers New App

The Columbus Division of Fire has a new cell phone app that sends text alerts to CPR-certified subscribers when someone is having a heart attack.Division officials say they hope the "Pulse Point" App will allow someone who is close enough to the victim to start CPR before paramedics arrive.
