CDP Board Clears Two Cops Of Wrongdoing In Fatal 2015 Shooting

Nov 7, 2017

The Columbus police firearms review board says three officers acted within division policy when they fatally shot a man who allegedly killed a couple and their 7-year-old son.

A grand jury previously declined to indict the officers involved in the confrontation with 50-year-old Barry Kirk in November 2015.  It's not clear when the board last found any officer involved in a fatal shooting committed any wrongdoing.
