Franklin County prosecutors have dismissed charges against a Delaware County man accused of raping a 17-year-old girl he met through an instant-messaging app. Prosecutors say they made the move after the alleged victim refused to cooperate in the case against 24-year-old Craig Andrietti. Prosecutors said the two met at Comfest last year and he assaulted the girl at her south side home.
