Charges Dropped Against Clark County Father In Death Of Son

Clark County prosecutors have dropped child endangering charges against a man who was accused in the death of his infant son. Prosecutors dropped charges against Brian Spencer Junior, who was arrested this month after the child died at a Springfield Township motel.  Charges against the child's mother were also dropped, but prosecutors say they may file new charges.
