Charges In Fatal Circleville Brawl Dropped

Pickaway County prosecutors say rioting charges have been dropped against four people in a neighborhood brawl in Circleville that left a woman dead. But prosecutors say they could face more serious charges later, based on the county coroner's report that ruled the death of 21-year-old Brittany Jeffers  a homicide. Four adults and two juveniles were charged after the March brawl. Two 17-year-olds still face rioting charges. Circleville police say the brawl started when the two teens began fighting in the street.
