The Ohio Highway Patrol has filed vehicular manslaughter charges against a Heath man in a fatal road-rage crash last February.
Troopers say 58-year-old Larry Madden caused a crash on State Route 37 that killed 38-year-old Michael Hayden of Newark. Troopers say the two were speeding and passing others on the berm before the crash. Madden admitted that road rage was involved. Madden will be arraigned July 11.
