Charges Filed Following Discovery Of Canal Winchester Cocaine Ring

Four central Ohio men and a Springfield man are facing federal charges of dealing large amounts of cocaine. Federal prosecutors say the five were indicted yesterday on conspiracy to distribute and other charges. The charges follow an investigation that uncovered a drug ring based at a Canal Winchester home. 51-year-old William Totten and 47-year-old Andre Broom allegedly ran the ring. The others facing charges are 31-year-old Christafer Jackson, 51-year-old Donald Jordan, and 46-year-old Lawrence Beavers of Springfield.
