Columbus police officers say a man has been charged with shooting and wounding his brother late last night during an argument outside of a home on the Southeast side. Police say 62-year-old Michael Flowers is hospitalized in critical condition after he was shot by 60-year-old DeMoris Winbush Junior outside a home in the 15 hundred block of East Whittier Street. No word on a motive.
