A Franklin County grand jury has indicted a man on involuntary manslaughter and child endangering charges after his son found a loaded gun in their Madison Township home and fatally shot himself last September. Prosecutors say 26-year-old Steven Wallen failed to secure the weapon inside of his Wade Road home, leading to the death of his son Jachin. The man is at-large.
