Vehicular homicide charges have been filed against the driver of a sport utility vehicle that hit two parked cars in Roscoe Village on Tuesday, killing a Columbus woman and seriously injuring her husband. Coshocton County Sheriff's deputies say the vehicle driven by Charles Miller hit the cars and then overturned on a restaurant patio. 68-year-old Mary Baldwin died at the scene. Her 71-year-old husband George is in serious condition at a Columbus hospital.
