Charges Not Expected In Death Of Bicyclist

Pickaway County Sheriff's deputies say they are searching for what caused the driver of a car to strike and kill a teen bicyclist on Saturday. Deputies say 16-year-old Brandon Wolfinger was hit on Tarlton Road near Stoutsville. The car's driver is identified as 37-year-old Amy Rowland of Circleville. Deputies say they do not expect to file charges in the case.
