Charges are pending against a tractor-trailer driver accused of starting a deadly crash on I-70 in Prairie Township Wednesday. Franklin County Sheriff's deputies say the trucker was heading eastbound when he failed to slow down for stopped traffic, crashing into two cars and another semi. Deputies say the wreck killed the cars' drivers, 71-year-old Diane Schwab of Beavercreek and 48-year-old Robin Jones of London.
