The man accused of posing as a sheriff's deputy and using a veterans' charity to steal money has been arrested. Columbus police say Joseph Steward was arrested last week in Toledo. Steward is accused of going door-to-door to pocket money for the Wounded Warriors Project, and claiming he was an undercover deputy to get money for a phony injured police officer's charity.
