Chillicothe Landlords Will Pay To Clean Up Tenants' Drug Labs

Some landlords in Chillicothe are protesting the city's plan to make them pay to clean up their tenants' drug labs. City Council last night approved an ordinance charging landlords if the tenant fails to clean up the labs. City leaders say it will help protect public safety. Landlords say the charge is not fair to them.
