Church Sues Over Strippers Protesting Outside

Associated Press

A church in Warsaw, Ohio is suing a local strip club and its  staff for protesting outside of the house of worship for the past five years. New Beginnings Ministries wants a judge to grant an injunction against Foxhole strip club, claiming the topless protesters violated the church's First Amendment rights and the federal Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act. The company that owns Foxhole organized the protests after losing a suit against the church in 2009 for picketing outside the club. The company calls the allegations false. The suit was filed in federal district court in Columbus.
