Officials say thousands of people turned out last night for the opening of the Cincinnati casino.The 400 million facility is located on what used to be a run-down parking lot. Casinos in Cleveland, Toledo and Columbus have brought in nearly 404 million dollars combined. But projected revenues are far lower now than when Ohio voters approved the building of four casinos in 2009.
