Cincinnati-based First Financial Bank says it will purchase First Bexley Bank in a deal valued at 44.5 million dollars. First Financial says it wants to enter the Columbus market. First Financial says most of the bank's 48 employees will stay on the job. The deal is expected to close in the first half of next year.
