Cincinnati Firm Buying Worthington Banking Company

Cincinnati-based First Financial Bank says it will purchase Worthington-based Insight bank for nearly 37 million dollars. Most of the 47 workers are expected to be retained. The deal is expected to close in the first half of next year. First Financial announced plans earlier this week to purchase Bexley First Bank for 44.5 million dollars as part of a move to expand its presence in the Columbus area market.
