Cincinnati Schools, Teachers Reach Contract Agreement

The Cincinnati teachers' union and the school board reached a tentative contract agreement yesterday giving instructors their first pay raises in six years. The board will vote on the contract Monday. The union will vote in two weeks. If approved, the deal would take effect before the district goes on summer break.
