City Announces Members Of Schools Working Group

The City of Columbus has named the 15 members of what it calls the High Performing Schools Working Group.

It was created last month to determine the future of the Columbus City Schools and which charter schools would get a piece of the money from the district's levy on the November ballot. The members include representatives of the city, the district, the teachers union, charter schools and Ohio State University. The committee will not issue recommendations until December, after voters decide the fate of the levy.
