Columbus, OH – Columbus City Council last night voted unanimously to put a proposed half-percent increase in the municipal income tax before voters on August 4th. The plan that would affect everyone who works within city limits wil lbe voted on by Columbus residents. WCBE's Jim Letizia reports.
