Columbus city officials have released details of a long-range plan for redeveloping Franklinton. The plan includes new uses for warehouses and the conversion of bars once tied to crime into trendy restaurants. Current work is targeting the area between COSI and State Route 315, with the transformation of Broad Street to be completed within ten years.
