City Won't Reimburse Homeowners For Damage From Broken Water Line

Columbus residents whose homes were flooded by a water main break last January will not get any cleanup funds from the city. Officials are denying claims for damage, saying they're not responsible for the broken water pipe under Annadale Drive.  The break left several inches of water in residential basements, which most insurance will not cover.
