Clark County Sheriff's deputies say a Bethel Township man was killed in an apartment fire on Thursday. Deputies say there were no working smoke detectors in the apartment where 61-year-old Wilmer Martin was killed. Deputies say witnesses heard explosions that were caused by aerosol spray cans that were ignited by the flames. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
