Clark County health officials are trying to combat a rising number of teen pregnancies. State health officials say Clark County ranks second in Ohio in teen pregnancy rates, and runs well above the state and national averages. County leaders say pregnant teens are often the daughters of teen moms, so they're creating community and school programs designed to break that cycle.
