The Cleveland police officer charged with voluntary manslaughter for his role in a deadly chase and shootout wants a judge to issue a gag order on information about his case. 30-year-old Michael Brelo claims publicity will hamper his right to a fair trial. Brelo is charged out of the November 2012 police chase that resulted in officers firing 137 shots, killing unarmed African-American suspects Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams. Prosecutors have filed new court documents showing Brelo climbed onto the hood of a car and fired 15 shots at the victims from less than 5 feet away - after they were no longer a threat. Prosecutor Tim McGinty says the shooting had stopped for more than 4 seconds when Brelo climbed onto the hood and opened fire.
