A suburban Cleveland man indicted on a charge of threatening to use a weapon of mass destruction is suspected of sending the Internal Revenue Service an envelope with white powder along with his tax return and a check. A spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Cleveland says the white powder was not toxic, but didn't specify what the substance was. 27-year-old John Buchak from the suburb of Highland Heights pleaded not guilty Thursday in federal court in Cleveland. He allegedly mailed the envelope to the IRS in Cincinnati on March 31. Buchak has been released on a bond.
