Cleveland Working On Climate Change Plan

Cleveland city officials are drafting a plan to combat global climate change. The city's Climate Action Plan contains recommendations for conserving energy, promoting recycling programs and planting more trees. Officials want to cut carbon dioxide emissions in the city by 16-percent by 2020 and by 80-percent by 2050. Cleveland would be the only major city in Ohio with such a plan.
