Columbus, OH – Ohio legislators who are considering banning human cloning were told Tuesday that the proposal is so overly broad, it could block important medical breakthroughs and the creation of hundreds of new research jobs. Still, backers of the proposed ban continued pushing for it, saying it's a moral issue. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has both sides of the story.
