Sentencing is scheduled August 12th for a Columbus defense attorney convicted Monday for sex crimes against five women who were either clients or relatives of clients. 52-year-old Javier Armengau assaulted the women from 1998 through last year. His attorney says she will seek a mistrial and file an appeal.
