Columbus, Oh – 63 percent of Columbus voters Tuesday approved Issue 12, giving City Council the ability to enter into executive session for reasons outlined in state law. Some fear those private meetings will be abused. The pro Issue 12 campaign - led by a former Council member - is attempting to calm those fears. The opposition hopes for bigger changes in municipal government. Mike Foley reports.
