Columbus City Council expected to approve increases in parking and towing fines

Columbus, OH – Columbus City Council on Monday is expected to approve increases in parking fines and twoing fees. Mayor Michael Coleman's proposal is designed to help plug a projected $80 million budget deficit in 2009. Public Service Director Mark Kelsey says the plan could raise as much as $1.3 million next year, as WCBE's Jim Letizia reports.
