Columbus, OH – Columbus city officials have no idea how many people will sign up for a proposed $99 per year voluntary subscription service to collect yard waste. Although the city ended free weekly pickups earlier this year, Columbus Public Service Director Mark Kelsey says the subscription plan would save the city $3 million a year.
