Columbus Company Getting Second Municipal Tax Break

A food storage company is getting a second tax break from the city of Columbus. Columbus Development Director Steve Schoeny says Cloverleaf Cold Storage is getting a ten year, seventy-five percent property tax abatement to expand its local warehouse operations and create two new jobs.

The company also got a ten year, seventy-five percent abatement in 2008 to build a refrigerated warehouse in Columbus. That break was offered after two other Ohio cities also offered Cloverleaf tax breaks.
