Columbus Cop Busted Second Time For OVI

Columbus Division of Police

Columbus Police Sergeant Joshua Wagner has been relieved of his duties following his second drunken driving arrest in the past eight months. Wagner was arrested Monday night after police say he drove the wrong way on a local road and later passed out behind the wheel. Officers also found a gun and pills in his car. Wagner was suspended for three months last year after an earlier OVI arrest.

Jim has been with WCBE since 1996. Before that he worked as a reporter at another Columbus radio station, and for three newspapers in Southwest Florida.
