A court hearing is scheduled next month for a Columbus couple accused of delaying treatment for their injured daughter. Gianna Margiotta and Ryan Kelley have been indicted on charges of waiting several hours to bring their seven-week-old infant to a hospital for treatment. Prosecutors say the child had seizures related to shaken-baby syndrome.
