Columbus police are seeking more victims of an accused serial rapist. Bond was set yesterday at 750 thousand dollars for William Jarrett on charges of assaulting a woman last week on West Broad Street. Police say DNA evidence links Jarrett to at least two other rapes, and they're asking anyone who may have been his victim to contact investigators.
